The round wire pendant has a simple geometric design with intricate hand formed decoration. The simple and lightweight design makes it easy to wear everyday. Each pendant is carefully wrapped by hand, with the wire tightly bound to ensure the pendant keeps it’s shape.

Wrapping wire is often used as an additional part in a piece of jewellery, to hold a stone in place or create a pattern. I enjoy using wrapping wire to make it the main focus in the piece, so I design my jewellery around the technique. This pendant developed from the wire wrapped earrings when the idea was suggested to me by a friend. I enjoyed playing around with the size of the round wire shape and achieved a slightly bigger size that makes a more noticeable pendant and still practical for everyday wear.
