The cube wire earrings have a simple geometric design with intricate hand formed decoration. The small and lightweight design makes them easy to wear everyday. Each earring is carefully wrapped by hand, with the wire tightly bound to ensure the earrings keep their shape.

Wrapping wire is often used as an additional part in a piece of jewellery, to hold a stone in place or create a pattern. I enjoy using wrapping wire to make it the main focus in the piece, so I design my jewellery around the technique. These earring are a further development of my round wire earrings as I wanted to push the wire wrapping technique to created a more complex shape. I enjoyed the challenge of lining up the corners of the frame to create the cubic shape.
